  After-sale Service

  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately. Please be confident to get a satisfied solution finally.

   

  If there are items which have defective or damage when you find by doing QC in 3 months from the date of goods arrival signature, you can send us QC report with its defective/damage/shortage description together with photos or videos, we will verify and provide replacement/refund solutions, we will advise you a credit memo for those not satisfied items and solve them in next orders, the replacement is for free during 3 months.

   

  If item is found defective after 3 months, it can be still sent back for exchange. We are glad to send  new ones after we receive the defective item, but shipping fee for both ways should be afforded by the buyer.
